Part of Luxottica Retail, Sunglass Hut operates 160 stores in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and is a leading sunglass and watch retailer in Australia and New Zealand. The company says its long term growth has been achieved by offering consumers the best available brands of sunglasses and watches.

In 2000 the first combined Sunglass Hut Watch Station store opened, and the success of this venture has seen most shops change to this format. Recent store openings include Dunedin in New Zealand, two designer stores in Chapel Street, Melbourne, and the company's first outlet store in Birkenhead Point, Sydney.
